The weather has been cold (25-35 degrees) all week, but the skies have been blue and the winds light.  This morning we woke to snow for the second time this Winter.  At noon, we have between 3 and 6 inches all over the City.  In typical Portland style, all schools and businesses are closed and the freeways are full of accidents.  But the kids are Happy!
