I recently added a new service for anyone interested in finding out more information about homes for sale using their cell phone or smart phone. This new mobile application allows you to search the MLS (multiple listing data base) by address, zip code, City, or MLS number if you know it. The results will contain photos of both the inside and outside along with all the listing details of the specific home you requested or all homes meeting the criteria you entered. If you have a SMART PHONE and happen to be standing in front of a home for sale and would like the details, you can use the GPS feature of your phone and the application will display the information on the home in front of you and all surrounding homes for sale. This is a FREE service and covers all of the greater Portland area and SW Washington.

All you have to do is download the application onto your cell/smart phone. There are two ways to do this 1) Text ‘ASH’ to 87778 and it happens automatically, OR 2) you can go to my website and click on the mobile phone icon (above) and download it from there. My website also has a video that shows you exactly how it works.
