Living in Portland

Recently, “the Stump” with the Oregonian asked 50 Oregonians with an interest in public policy to help them identify some Oregon “success stories.” From more than 120 nominations from contacts in government, business, education, religion, the arts and the nonprofit world, they chose nine that reflect creative thinking and innovative approaches to problem solving.
